Ripple Effect Wellness is a wellness space designed to support your body through every season of life. We believe true wellness comes from combining multiple forms of movement and recovery, not relying on just one piece of the puzzle.

As we age, our bodies need more than just strength training. They need more than stretching or yoga, too. They need a balanced approach that helps us move well, feel strong, recover fully, and keep showing up for the lives we want to live.

At Ripple Effect Wellness, our mission is to create a supportive space where strength, movement, and recovery come together to help people feel better in their bodies for the long term.

Through intentional movement, strength training, conditioning, and recovery services, we aim to educate, empower, and support our community in building sustainable habits that improve both physical and mental well-being.

Our vision is to blend movement, strength, recovery, and community under one roof so people no longer feel they have to choose between fitness and restoration, intensity and recovery, strength and mobility.

We strive to be a space where people feel welcomed, supported, educated, and inspired to care for their bodies in a way that is sustainable, balanced, and empowering for every stage of life.

Meet Craig & Angie

Complete opposites. Same mission.

If you have spent more than five minutes at Ripple, you have probably realized pretty quickly that Craig and Angie are wildly different. And honestly, that is kind of the magic behind Ripple.

Craig

The steady one.

Craig is the big buff introvert. Quiet, observant, and usually listening more than he talks. He loves training, football, and keeping things grounded and steady.

Angie

The spark plug.

Angie is loud, fiery, bubbly, usually talking too much, running around with 47 ideas at once, and somehow convincing Craig to go along with at least half of them.

That balance became the foundation of Ripple.

Somewhere along the way, two best friends who are complete opposites realized that wellness works the same way their friendship does: the best results happen when different things complement one another.

Strength and mobility. Conditioning and recovery. Pushing yourself and slowing down. You need all of it.

That is why Ripple became more than just a yoga studio or gym. We wanted to create a space where wellness services work together the way our friendship does: different approaches supporting the same goal.
